Rajkumar Buyya is the Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor and Director of the Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems (CLOUDS) Laboratory at the University of Melbourne, Australia, and founding CEO of the university spin-off Manjrasoft. He is an IEEE Fellow and a consecutive Web of Science Highly Cited Researcher, globally renowned as a pioneer of modern cloud computing. His core research covers distributed systems, edge computing, serverless architecture, and intelligent enterprise computing infrastructure. He has authored/edited 7 textbooks and published over 830 peer-reviewed papers, with more than 166,000 citations and an h-index of 176. His seminal contributions have been recognized with the Scopus Researcher of the Year Award, the IEEE Richard Merwin Award, and multiple Australian national research honors.

Chien-Sing Lee is a Professor at the Department of Smart Computing and Cyber Resilience, Sunway University, Malaysia, and a certified Professional Technologist. An IEEE Senior Member since 2007, she was a 2008-2009 Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Georgia Institute of Technology and Lehigh University. Her research covers smart computing, cybersecurity, knowledge management, ontology engineering and technology-enhanced learning. She has published over 100 peer-reviewed papers, supervised numerous postgraduate theses, and was a recipient of the 2009 JCI Malaysia Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian Award in the Science & Technology category.

Sushil Kumar Singh is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Marwadi University, Rajkot, India, and a former leader of the Ubiquitous Computing & Security Lab at Seoul National University of Science and Technology.He is selected in the Top 2% of scientists for the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 years as per the list compiled by Stanford University and published by Elsevier. He has more than 13 years of experience teaching in the field of computer science. His core research covers blockchain, artificial intelligence, federated learning, IoT security, smart city cybersecurity, big data analytics, and secure intelligent transportation systems. He serves as an Associate Editor for top journals including IEEE JBHI.

Kelvin Joseph Bwalya is a full professor at the School of Consumer Intelligence and Information Systems, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He previously served as its Deputy Dean for Research and Internationalisation. His research focuses on e-government, information systems management, data science, and business process modelling. He is a fellow of the International Academy of Engineering and Technology, a winner of the 2025 IDSAI Young Scientist Award, and a recipient of multiple best paper awards at international conferences. He also holds a C1 rating from the National Research Foundation of South Africa.
